2011 Friends of Warde Football 
The Fairfield Warde Gridiron Club is compiling the 2011 Yearbook to help build and support the Fairfield Warde Mustang Football Program. The funds raised go directly into the program to provide items that are outside the schools budget.  With the additional funds, we are able to provide scholarships for camps and passing leagues, videos of the games which the coaches use for instructional purposes, up to date training material as well as team building exercises including team dinners and off-season weightlifting competitions. Your generosity allows us to assist both the football players and the cheerleaders. We hope that you will consider contributing to this great group of kids by purchasing an ad in the 2011 Mustangs Yearbook.

Parental Permission Form 
A signed Parental Permission form is REQUIRED to tryout and participate in all sports
Physical Exam Form 
A signed physical form is REQUIRED to tryout and participate in all sports. Physicals must not be more than 13 months old. It is recommended that each player have their doctor sign a new form for the upcoming season even if their physical is current.
